1. Service Description
Welcome to learyan, a platform operated by learyan that provides insights and resources related to luxury travel. Our services include, but are not limited to, articles, guides, and recommendations tailored to enhance the travel experiences of our users. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms govern your access to and use of our services, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through learyan. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of learyan, learyan, or third parties, or for any other reason.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate learyan, a learyan employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
Additionally, you agree not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of learyan, or which, as determined by us, may harm learyan or users of learyan, or expose them to liability.
4. Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using learyan:
- Using the site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the site.
- Using any robot, spider, or other automatic devices, process, or means to access the site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the site.
- Introducing any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Attacking the site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
Any violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of your access to learyan without prior notice, and may also expose you to civil or criminal liability.
5. Content Ownership
All content, features, and functionality on learyan, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of learyan or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You are granted a limited license to access and use learyan for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of learyan or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of learyan or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by learyan. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our site, except as follows: your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
6. User-Generated Content
Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through learyan (collectively, "User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant learyan a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights. learyan takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User-Generated Content submitted by you or any other user of learyan.
learyan reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to, violations of these Terms, or if we believe that such content is objectionable or otherwise inappropriate.
7. Payment Terms
Some services offered on learyan may require payment. By purchasing any services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your purchase. All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide. learyan is not responsible for any errors or issues that arise from the payment processing.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you believe that a charge has been made in error, you must contact us within 30 days of the charge date to dispute the charge. Failure to do so will result in the waiver of your right to dispute the charge.
8. Service Modifications
learyan reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, learyan or any part thereof with or without notice. You agree that learyan will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of learyan or any part thereof.
We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of learyan without notice or liability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes to our services, but you are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically for updates.
Any new features that augment or enhance the current services shall also be subject to these Terms. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall learyan, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, or assigns be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, learyan, any content on learyan, or any services or items obtained through learyan, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
In no event shall learyan’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing learyan.
This limitation of liability does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to learyan immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use learyan will immediately cease.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the site. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Termination of your access to and use of learyan will not relieve you of any obligations arising or accruing prior to such termination or limit any liability which you may have incurred under these Terms.
